大家在做PTC网站的时候，首先进入主页肯定会看到他网站的一些介绍情况，别以为看完这个就行了，还有最重要的一个是看它家的TOS(一般在页面最下面），由于一些客观原因，有些外国的PTC网站不让中国人加入，有一些就算你加入了也要升级成为他家的会员后才能支付给你，或则你只能用挣到的钱在他们家做广告，为什么会存在这种情况?
因为有些中国人做PTC网站喜欢作弊，用作弊软件、一个IP注册同一个网站多个账户做自己的下线，使用代理服务器、使用IP转换器等等作弊方法，令到一些PTC网站忍无可忍禁止中国人的加入，所以在这要重申一句：不要作弊！！那这跟TOS有什么关系呢？因为如果某些网站不允许中国人加入或中国人加入不给支付等事项都是可以从TOS那里看的到的，只有确认没有这些条款我们才可以放心做这个网站，要不就白费功夫了（因为我们现在只想零投入来赚钱，至于升级会员等赚了钱再弄也不迟）。
现在我贴出其中一个网站的TOS出来让大家参考一下（此网站允许中国人做，不升级会员也能支付）
以我们的世界排行第二的网站isabelmarco的TOS来做参考吧（如果翻译不好请指教，但是大概意思差不多，我没翻译的条款是跟我们没什么关系的，不用理会）
1 Everybody can join Isabelmarco's Moneymaker. （任何人都可以加入Isabelmarco's Moneymaker）
2 We delete accounts after being inactive for more then 30 days. (超过三十天都不活动（不登录也不点广告的）的会员我们将删除他的帐号)
3 We don't change referals,we only change them (bought ones))when he will be deleted by us for cheating.（我们不会改变你的下线，只有当他们（你从我们这购买的下线）因为作弊而被我们删除的时候。）
4 You may only have one account and please do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply do is request for it to be e-mailed to you. （你只能拥有一个帐号，请不要尝试注册多一个帐号，否则你的所有帐号将会被终止，你不需要多一个帐号。如果你忘记你的帐号用户的信息，你所要做的就是要求拿回来，而我们会把你的信息用邮件给你发过去）
5 Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join IsabeImarco's Moneymaker without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account. （发送未经同意的邮件给别人，在未有事先跟你联系的情况下让别人加入IsabeImarco's Moneymaker，这种情况不但违反了我们的政策，而且也是犯法的。我们不能容忍垃圾邮件，如果我们收到任何一个人抱怨你的这种垃圾邮件，我们首先会确认这种兜售事件的发生，之后我们会删除所有你账户内现有的资金。如果你被第二次投诉垃圾邮件的兜售，我们将确认第二次事件的发生，之后我们会采取必要的步骤终止你的帐号）
6 You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer and not as your referral. （你可以介绍你家里的其他成员加入我们，但是每个成员用一台电脑（也就是说他们要拥有自己单独使用的电脑），而且他们不能做你的下线）
7 We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future "wall of shame".（我们有权利在任何时间以任何原因而且可以不需要提前警告你或通知你的情况下暂停或终止你的帐号，如果我们决定给你一个通知，我们会邮件告知你，如果你因为任何作弊行为被发现，你的帐号会被立刻删除，而不会有事先的通知，你的邮箱将会被曝光）
8 All payments are made via Alertpay and Paypal at this time. You must manually request for payment to be processed and it will be issued within 40 days,25 days for Premium members. You must accumulate at least $9 before payment will be issued. （所有的请款行为都是通过Alertpay来实现的，你必须手动请款，如果你是普通会员我们处理你的请款时间在40日之内，如果你是升级会员处理请款的时间在25日以内，只有当你的帐户金额积累到9美元以上你的请款要求我们才会受理。）
9 You must have a valid e-mail address and valid Alertpay or Paypal address to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validating at least your e-mail address first. 11 You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.（你可以介绍无数的人加入我们的网站，但是你只能得到你自己直接下线 挣的收入）
12 Advertising fees are to be paid via Alertpay or Paypal. Alertpay and Paypal accepts all major credit cards and bank transfers.
13By joining IsabeImarco's Moneymaker, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you. （既然加入了IsabeImarco's Moneymaker，你完全有责任去处理你那边政府当局因此种行为而需你缴纳的各种税，因为我们是全球性质的，我们不会为你去处理这些）
14You are not an employee of IsabeImarco's Moneymaker and you are not an independent contractor for IsabeImarco's Moneymaker. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or IsabeImarco's Moneymaker has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
15 We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. Later notices will be posted via the IsabeImarco's Moneymaker stats area or e-mailed to you. （我们有权利在任何时候不经你们的同意或不需要通知你们就改变我们的服务条款。之后我们会张贴在IsabeImarco's Moneymaker的统计区域上或给你发邮件通知。）
How does it work?
You view websites for 30 seconds via the "Surf Ads" page. Once the 30 sec are up, you'll either get a green tick sign or a red 'X'. The green tick sign means you've earned money for the visit and the 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit.
我们需要怎样操作呢？你点击首页的“Surf Ads”进入广告链接页面，打开网站让网站保持打开状态30秒。30秒后，数字倒数的旁边可能会出现一个绿色的打勾的标识，也可能会出现红色的X，如果出现绿色的打勾表示你这次的操作是正确的会获得报酬，如果出现的是红色的X'的标识表示你的操作不成功没能获得报酬，如果你已经打开的网页数超过一个，你就会得到一个X'的标识。一旦发生，你就没有报酬（你可以把广告网页都关了，然后刷新一下再点那些没成功的广告网页，记住，只能看完了一个网页等他出现了打勾的标识后，把它关了才可以继续看下一个）
