这例子用词比较简单，也没有按写信的格式，但是能够交待清楚、明了就可以了。

4、无法登陆：My account is 帐户名.I used to login every day. However, I cannot login today! Can you help me to check about it?Thank you for your kind attention!

5、无法跑surfbar：My account is 帐户名.I cannot use the viewbar. Every time I use it, it said ****. What should I do?Thank you for your kind attention!

6.取消帐户： My account is 帐户名.My password is 密码. I would like to cancel my account.Thank you for your kind attention!

常用的要求付款、催要付款等：
一 写信要求支付 Dear Admin:Payment requested! Thanks!Here is my info: My id is 你的账号,my account balance: $****（你的帐户金额）.Payment account: My E-gold number is: *******Please pay me as soon as possible.Thank you!Have a nice day! Regards.

二 写信催要付款 Greetings,I requested my payment on （你的请款日期）. I have been waiting for so long to receive my payment. What's going on? Please check my account and pay me in time to show your prestige. My username is ******，and my e-gold account is *******.Thank you!

三 帐户无法登陆时写信询问 Dear Admin,My account was ******* and my email address registered with your site is **********.Today I could not log into my account and when I tried to retried my password the system told me that my email was not in the database. I am not sure whether it is because of a system problem, my account being hacked or my account being deleted.Please help me check this up. Thanks.
